This week Apple released the next versions of iOS to developers iOS15 for iPhone and iPadOS15 for the iPad. I have already downloaded a beta version of the software and I must say I am impressed with the changes.
Yes more changes but this is something we have to accept September every year.
Multitasking has been dramatically improved with Split View and Slide-over now far easier to work with.
Widgets can now be placed among apps on your iPad. And with a new larger widget size, you can take full advantage of the iPad screen.
My favourite new addition is Quick Notes for those that own an Apple Pencil. I can see this feature being used every day.

FaceTime has also had an overhaul allowing for scheduled FaceTime calls with FaceTime Links making pre-planning family calls a breeze or booking a remote lesson with The iPad Man. Yes, Screen Sharing has also been added to FaceTime so with FaceBook Links and Screen Sharing I can help you from anywhere in the world.
There are hundreds of other changes that show off how well Apple can integrate their services across apps. Great changes to the Photos App, Messages, Safari, Notifications and more.
Until the new version is released in September the learning journey continues with iOS14.
